Bayern Brewing is seeking a motivated Brewer to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in precision and consistency, and wants to be part of a brewery committed to traditional Bavarian brewing methods and operational excellence. Pay & Schedule 35 hours a week $20.00/hr Opportunity to grow within a respected local brewery What You'll Do As a Brewer, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality beer while supporting efficient brewery operations. Primary Responsibilities: Operate a 3-vessel semi-automatic brewhouse Monitor fermentation processes and cellar operations Perform yeast handling, tank cleaning, filtration, beer transfers, and racking Conduct quality control testing, including gravity checks and product sampling Maintain accurate production and process documentation Track brewing metrics and help ensure batch consistency Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues Manage brewing ingredients and inventory levels Follow all sanitation, safety, GMP, and SOP standards Assist with kegging, packaging, and warehouse duties as needed Support cross-training and collaborate with team members across departments What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Passion for brewing, manufacturing, or process improvement Ability to work with numbers, inventory, and production data Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Ability to perform physical work in a production environment, including lifting materials and working on your feet Preferred Qualifications Brewing, beverage production, food manufacturing, or related industry experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus Experience with quality control procedures and documentation preferred Ready to start a career in the brewing industry?
