Pay Range: $110 - $116/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Own FP&A processes to support the Global Partnerships organization and collaborate across finance teams, including Partnerships & Investments finance, Corporate finance, and Sales finance.
\n
• Lead financial processes such as monthly close variance insights, accrual management, and investment forecasts, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
\n
• Develop financial modeling and analytics to support financial planning decisions and go-to-market (GTM) investment recommendations.
\n
• Manage and support financial and business reporting, leveraging AI to enhance business performance insights.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• 8+ years of related experience in FP&A, with a focus on GTM Finance, Sales Finance, and/or Channel/Partner Sales Finance.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
\n
• Proven experience leading financial rhythm of business processes, including month-end close management, budgeting, and forecasting within a technology organization.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite.
\n
• Experience with AI tools for reporting automation and insights.
\n
• Familiarity with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus.
\n
• Exceptional financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing Salesforce and Adaptive.
\n
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
\n
• Strong business partnership experience and a passion for helping others succeed.
\n
