ResponsibilitiesAs the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our culinary operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and flavor. You’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will set the tone for a collaborative and efficient team, and your creativity will help us continue to innovate and delight our guests. From scheduling and training kitchen staff to working closely with the front-of-house team, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience.
QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to lead and inspire a team, and a passion for great food. Familiarity with smoked meats or brewery-style cuisine is a plus but not required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
