Whether you're an experienced painter or someone with a strong work ethic looking to learn the trade, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* What you'll be doing: * Preparing surfaces for paint or stain by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling imperfections, etc. * Preparing unpainted surfaces by taping, masking, etc. * Applying paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Restoring and maintaining previously coated surfaces. * Removing/installing fixtures and performing minor repairs related to painting tasks. * Utilizing hand tools effectively to complete projects efficiently. * Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project. * Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with completed work. *Qualifications* Previous residential painting experience is *not* required. We value on-the-job training and expect to work closely with each employee to achieve our desired standards.
