About the Role

Boogie Team is looking for reliable telemarketers and appointment setters based in Latin America to support our international clients.

You will connect with English- and Spanish-speaking prospects, introduce the client’s services, qualify leads, and book appointments for sales teams. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, handles objections confidently, and stays consistent with high-volume calling and daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to English- and Spanish-speaking prospects using provided scripts and lead lists.
• Explain the client’s products or services clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and client-specific criteria.
• Book qualified appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Handle objections and follow up with prospects to move conversations forward.
• Maintain accurate call logs, CRM notes, and appointment details.
• Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining strong call quality.

Requirements

• Based in Latin America and available for a full-time remote role.
• Available to work U.S. Pacific Time / Los Angeles business hours, including seasonal daylight saving changes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish , with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day .
• Able to consistently book 2–3 qualified appointments per day , based on the campaign’s qualification criteria.
• Confident handling objections, rejection, and follow-up conversations in both languages.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection, a working computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, VoIP tools, or call-tracking platforms.
• Experience with B2B or B2C appointment-setting campaigns.
• Experience working toward call volume, appointment, and conversion targets.
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural in English and Spanish.
