Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative/Data Entry Clerk to support a clients Regulatory team. This position will work closely with a Regulatory Supervisor and assist with reviewing organizing correcting and cleaning up company documentation.

The ideal candidate will be organized dependable comfortable working with data and documents and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Regulatory team.
• Assist with reviewing and organizing documentation.
• Review documents for accuracy completeness and consistency.
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Assist with data entry and updating information in spreadsheets and company systems.
• Help organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and communicate issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company documentation.
• Follow established procedures and instructions to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative data entry document control or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to perform repetitive detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy.
